Accountabilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle including ideation, requirements definition, development coordination, launch execution, and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate complex product concepts into clear Epics, User Stories, and detailed acceptance criteria aligned with technical and business requirements.
  • Define and monitor key product and customer experience metrics, using data insights to continuously improve performance and conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality ecommerce features.
  • Contribute to and support spec-driven development practices by producing detailed product specifications and prototypes as a source of truth for delivery teams.
  • Stay current on ecommerce trends and digital experience innovations, incorporating insights into product strategy and roadmap evolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce, retail, or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proven experience managing full product lifecycles in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of product analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and product tools such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, Figma, Contentful, Mixpanel, Tableau, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Ability to write clear, structured product requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to explore user needs, edge cases, and dependencies.
  • Experience in spec-driven development is a plus, with openness to adopting structured documentation-first product practices.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $125,000 – $145,000 USD depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for annual discretionary incentive bonus based on performance
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, customer-facing digital products
  • Cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Exposure to modern ecommerce tools and product development practices
  • Career growth opportunities in product leadership and digital strategy
