  • Analyze campaign performance trends, identify insights, and recommend tactical optimizations to improve results against client objectives.
  • Manage workflow dependencies across internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of campaign components and smooth project execution.
  • Participate in client-facing discussions, presenting insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Identify patterns in creative and media performance and propose data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Support project scoping by anticipating resource needs and operational requirements for campaign execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
Requirements

This role requires strong hands-on experience in digital advertising operations, combined with analytical thinking, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset:

  • 4–5+ years of digital advertising experience, including at least 2 years managing media buying and direct response campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise across programmatic display, paid social, search, and video advertising channels.
  • Experience using ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager and DSP platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Viant, Yahoo, or StackAdapt.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign data, build reports, and translate insights into optimization strategies.
  • Experience managing project workflows in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to structure meetings, present insights, and support client discussions.
  • Ability to coach or support junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in mission-driven environments with a strong commitment to equity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary with transparent compensation structure
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer-covered premiums for individuals
  • 36-hour workweek with half-day Fridays and flexible scheduling
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and mid-summer break
  • 401(k) retirement plan with additional financial contributions
  • Professional development stipend for learning and certifications
  • Flexible spending accounts (medical, dependent care, and transit)
  • Paid parental, medical, and caregiving leave programs
  • Remote-friendly work structure depending on location eligibility
