Office Support Administrator

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Support Administrator to provide handson support across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and caregiver engagement. Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will help ensure smooth, compliant people processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct secondround caregiver interviews and update ATS records
Support recruitment compliance, vetting, onboarding, and HSE standards
Act as first point of contact for employee queries
Support employee relations, absence management, and offboarding
Coordinate caregiver probation, appraisals, and engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and audit readiness
Support National Hiring Week and local recruitment events
About You
34 years experience in an Office Administrator or Coordinator role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in healthcare or home care (advantageous)
Solutionsfocused, adaptable, and comfortable with change
