LRW Concepts, LLC is looking for a hardworking, attentive Busser to join our frontofhouse team. This role is essential to keeping our dining room running smoothly and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience.

Lo-Los Chicken & Waffles is a high-energy, down home southern style full serve restaurant that provides guests with hot, fresh, made to order southern comfort foods in a hometown environment full of flavors and soul satisfaction.

Position: Busser

Location: In person required: Palms Place 4321 W Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89103

Shift: Open, Swing, Closing, Weekends, Holidays (Mandatory)

Starting Base Salary: $12.00 per hour plus tip out

Expected Hours: 10 - 30 hours per week (based upon business needs)

Supervisory: Reports to Shift Supervisor, Assist GM, and General Manager

Position Summary:

The Busser plays a vital role in supporting the frontofhouse team and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for guests. This position is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room, assisting servers with food delivery and guest needs, and keeping service stations stocked and orderly. Bussers help maintain the pace of service by working quickly and efficiently, anticipating team needs, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Success in this role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations
• Assist servers by delivering food, refilling water, and supporting guest needs
• Keep floors, tables, and service areas tidy throughout the shift
• Support the overall pace of service with a positive, teamfocused attitude
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
• Perform side work and other responsibilities as assigned by management
• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and server assistant to ensure smooth service
• Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for

What Were Looking For:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to serve
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.
• Required certifications Food Handlers Certification
