Parts Sales & Shipping Associate in Brainerd, Minnesota at Pleasureland Inc

PleasureLand RV Center is looking for a Parts Sales & Shipping Associate to join our team. This position is a combination of customer service, parts sales, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and order fulfillment. You do not need RV experience to apply. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn.

PleasureLand RV has been family-owned since 1971 and is the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a hands-on environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help keep our Wholesale store running smoothly by assisting customers, processing orders, handling shipments, and maintaining organized inventory. Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and online with parts inquiries and sales
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
• Update inventory and order information within company systems
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and sales areas
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Help maintain pricing, product information, and inventory accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service and product support
• Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks in the receiving area, must be able to lift 50 – 100 lbs regularly with assistance.

• Parts sales or customer service
• Shipping and receiving
• Warehouse or inventory work
• Forklift operation
• RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or equipment parts
• Order fulfillment or logistics

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday (9am-5:30pm)
• Rotating Saturdays (9am-3pm)
