Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in Augusta, Georgia at AO Multispecialty Clinic

AO Multispecialty Clinic is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing team. LPNs provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing infusion treatments in our Oncology, Hematology, and Rheumatology clinics.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Administers injections as ordered per protocol
• Starts IVs
• Manages infusion reactions
• Performs diagnostic testing where applicable
• Documents appropriately in the EMR and generates and approves billing charges
• Phone triage
• Provides a clean, safe environment in which to provide patient care
• Understands handling of hazardous substances and waste

Experience and Education

• LPN Licensure
• BLS Certification
