  • Conduct pharmacy visits and prescription trend analysis to monitor product performance and identify business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Plan and execute product activation initiatives and promotional activities to strengthen engagement with healthcare professionals and improve market presence.
  • Perform effective pre-call and post-call planning, tailoring interactions to the specific needs of each healthcare professional.
  • Analyze territory performance data, develop detailed customer profiles, and implement strategies to optimize territory growth and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pharmacy coverage, prescription analysis, product activations, and other field activities using internal reporting systems.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials and product samples while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and deliver regional growth plans.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information or coordinating with internal experts when additional support is required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Pharmaceutical Sales Executive within a reputable pharmaceutical organization.
  • Experience promoting products in the gynecology specialty is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of scientific selling techniques, healthcare professional engagement, and pharmaceutical sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals through evidence-based discussions.
  • Proven ability to manage territories independently, prioritize customer interactions, and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience conducting prescription analysis and working closely with retail pharmacies is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency with digital reporting systems and standard productivity tools for documentation and performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Benefits
  • Remote-based role with field responsibilities across the assigned territory.
  • Opportunity to work with an established portfolio of healthcare products in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
  • Ongoing learning, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborative culture focused on innovation, customer engagement, and career growth.
  • Exposure to cross-functional regional teams and strategic healthcare initiatives.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and employee development.
