  • Monitor operational, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics while recommending improvements that enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of reporting data across multiple systems and reporting environments.
  • Conduct impact assessments and post-implementation reviews to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop analytical solutions, and support continuous process improvements through automation and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports with clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Experience working with reporting tools, business analytics, and large datasets to support operational decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AWS-based data environments is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience within contact centres, customer service operations, workforce management, or service delivery environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $43,200 to $80,300, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Performance-based incentives and discretionary bonus opportunities, where applicable.
  • Comprehensive health, life, and accident insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings program to support long-term financial wellbeing.
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within Canada, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Access to training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities within a collaborative and supportive environment.
