The Full Stack Developer will contribute to the creation, improvement, and deployment of software platforms while ensuring high-quality technical solutions. This role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and the ability to contribute across multiple layers of application development.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions using modern development practices.
- Contribute to the development of web applications and hybrid mobile applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
- Use advanced AI-assisted programming tools and explore AI agent development approaches to improve software delivery and innovation.
- Participate in architecture decisions, technical problem-solving, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate within agile teams alongside developers, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve quality, maintainability, and team performance.
- Provide technical leadership and support team growth by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence.
- Participate in improving development processes, project execution, and overall team effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack developer with strong technical expertise, curiosity for emerging technologies, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- 8+ years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency with most of the technologies within the following ecosystem:
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Svelte, SvelteKit, TypeScript, Webpack, Vite.
- Mobile: React Native, Expo.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- APIs: REST, GraphQL, WebSocket.
- Cloud and infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Vercel, Docker, Terraform, AWS CDK, Kubernetes.
- DevOps: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
- Advanced experience using AI-powered programming assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Strong interest in AI technologies, software innovation, and the development of intelligent agents.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and creatively solve technical challenges.
- Commitment to building high-quality software and continuously improving technical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and collective success.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken, to communicate with North American clients regularly.
