How you will make an impact:

As a Technical Pre Press Coordinator I, you will play a key role in supporting pre-press materials, processes, and documentation that drive print quality and operational performance. You will provide technical and administrative support across multiple departments while helping to manage ink systems, supplier quality activities, troubleshooting efforts, and material trials. This role contributes to product and process improvements, maintains critical technical documentation, and supports a culture of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement. Your work will help ensure consistent quality standards while meeting business and customer requirements.

• Support the Ink Management System to ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and performance data analysis.
• Assist in troubleshooting ink and plate issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality and suppliers regarding defective stock and support SCAR activities.
• Support ink ordering activities for outsourcing partners.
• Maintain MSDS records, safety checklists, 5S documentation, and other administrative requirements.
• Support trials to qualify new inks and implement changes to ink formulations.
• Provide technical support and information to Print, Proofing, Contract Management, and other internal departments.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, and FMEAs.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:
• Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office systems.
• A-Level or Diploma level education in a science-related or manufacturing field.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and their application within a printing environment.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Basic understanding of pre-press, printing, and binding processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S methodology, and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently.

The salary range for this role is €30,000-€35,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
