Clubhouse Compliance Coordinator in Honolulu, Hawaii at Oahu country Club

We are currently looking for a part-time Clubhouse Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator works closely with Clubhouse Management and staff to address concerns, educate members and guests on Club policies, and document rule violations when necessary. We are a non-tipping club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Parking Lot Compliance

• Conduct regular inspections of member parking areas.
• Verify that vehicles display valid Club parking permits or membership stickers.
• Issue parking violation notices to vehicles not in compliance with Club parking policies.
• Report unauthorized vehicles or recurring violations to management.
• Monitor parking lot conditions and report safety concerns.

Pool & Recreation Area Monitoring

• Conduct routine inspections of the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
• Ensure members and guests are following established pool rules.
• Monitor guest usage and verify compliance with guest limitations and registration requirements.
• Address unsafe or disruptive behavior in a professional manner.
• Report incidents, accidents, or rule violations to management.

Locker Room & Fitness Center Oversight

• Perform regular walkthroughs of locker rooms and fitness facilities.
• Ensure facilities are being used in accordance with Club policies.
• Monitor for safety concerns, cleanliness issues, and improper facility use.
• Assist in maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for all members.

Dress Code Compliance

• Monitor adherence to Club dress code standards throughout the clubhouse and grounds.
• Politely inform members and guests of dress code requirements when necessary.
• Provide guidance regarding acceptable attire in various Club areas.
• Report recurring or significant violations to management.

Member Service & Communication

• Serve as a professional and approachable representative of the Club.
• Answer member questions regarding Club policies and procedures.
• Provide directions and assistance to members and guests as needed.
• Support Club events and special functions by helping ensure compliance with Club rules.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of warnings, violations, and incidents.
• Submit daily activity and compliance reports to management.
• Document safety concerns, maintenance issues, and member complaints.
• Assist management with investigations related to policy violations.
  
  Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
• Ability to walk the property for extended periods and work outdoors as needed.
• Previous experience in hospitality, club operations, security, customer service, or facilities oversight preferred.
