Full-Time Guest Services Coordinator in Nicasio, California at SKYWALKER HOLDINGS LLC

The Guest Service Coordinator team is responsible for providing guest services including food and beverage and housekeeping operations, executing events, hosting guests, general store sales, wine and ranch product sales, administrative support, and executing requests related to client groups.

This position is primarily based in Nicasio, CA, with occasional travel to 2 other local campuses (Nicasio and San Francisco, CA) as needed for event support.

Scheduling requires flexible availability, with occasional holidays, weekends, and night shifts.

Preferred Education / Experience:

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Hospitality or restaurant or other guest service experience.

Required Skills / Competencies:

• Demonstrated positive, strong customer service interest, skills and experience.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing tasks and priorities, with grace and enthusiasm.

• Knowledge of and passion for fine wines and wine making.

• Willingness to work overtime, later shifts and weekends on a regular basis.

• Demonstrative ability to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to use keyboard/mouse up to 3 hours per day.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

• Tech Savvy

• Ability to lift an object up to 50 lbs.
