Join a technology-focused consulting team helping construction organizations optimize their operations through digital transformation and smarter data management. In this role, you will support clients in maximizing the value of their Procore platforms by leading implementations, integrations, training, and process improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive software adoption across complex construction environments. This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive consultant who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and creating measurable impact through technology.
- Manage Procore implementation projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and alignment with client objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders by providing strategic guidance, responsive support, and high-quality consulting services.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize client Procore environments to ensure reliable system performance and effective daily operations.
- Lead implementation of Procore tools across pre-construction, project management, financial workflows, and integration solutions.
- Manage project schedules, reporting requirements, custom solutions, meeting documentation, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, including the creation of supporting materials to improve user adoption and platform utilization.
- Identify user challenges, resistance points, and process inefficiencies while recommending solutions that encourage successful technology adoption.
- Support integrations between Procore and client financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices based on client workflows, discovery sessions, and construction business processes.
- 5+ years of experience working with Procore, including at least 2 years of Procore implementation and administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Procore functionality, particularly financial modules, project management tools, and system configuration.
- 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of construction business processes, operations, or project management practices.
- Proven experience supporting software implementations, technology consulting, or customer-facing technology solutions.
- Familiarity with construction project management platforms such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Newforma, or similar systems.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, responsiveness, and strong client relationships.
