This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager based in India.

This role is designed for a strategic marketing leader who can transform high-level partnership objectives into impactful go-to-market strategies. You will work at the intersection of alliances, marketing, sales, and business development to accelerate ecosystem growth and create measurable commercial outcomes. The position requires a strong understanding of enterprise partnerships, executive stakeholder engagement, and scalable marketing programs. You will help shape strategic relationships with global partners while driving pipeline growth, customer adoption, and market expansion. Working in a remote, international environment, you will collaborate with diverse teams across regions and functions. Accountabilities:

The Lead Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing partnership marketing strategies that strengthen strategic relationships and drive measurable business impact. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies with strategic partners, aligning marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for alliance leaders, translating partnership goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, including global systems integrators, cloud providers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Support executive-level partnership programs through business planning, governance meetings, strategic reviews, and ongoing engagement.
  • Create scalable frameworks for joint marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and ecosystem growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Management, and regional teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize programs based on business outcomes such as pipeline growth, revenue contribution, customer adoption, and ROI.
  • Represent marketing perspectives in strategic partnership discussions and help identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Influence stakeholders across complex organizations while driving accountability and alignment without direct authority.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing professional with strong experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise ecosystems, and business-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, strategic alliances, ecosystem development, or a similar leadership role.
  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC, and/or hyperscalers including AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience supporting executive-level partnership programs, strategic collaboration agreements, or complex alliance initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of joint business planning, partner commercialization, marketplace strategies, and ecosystem growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence VP and executive-level stakeholders across internal and external organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing activities to revenue growth, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and business performance.
  • Experience creating and managing integrated go-to-market strategies from planning through execution and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives in highly collaborative and matrixed environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
