The Staff Software Engineer will serve as a technical expert responsible for leading complex engineering initiatives, improving system architecture, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of complex software applications while ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and engineering excellence.
• Drive architectural decisions, technical discussions, and innovative solutions to address complex system challenges and business needs.
• Design frameworks, abstractions, tools, and engineering practices that improve developer productivity and enable teams to work more efficiently.
• Own critical projects and initiatives by coordinating across teams, managing technical complexity, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable and effective software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to senior engineers through code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical coaching.

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for solving complex engineering problems. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, or equivalent experience with advanced technical expertise.
• Proven experience delivering sophisticated software solutions while maintaining high quality and engineering standards.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar technologies.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and scalable system architecture.
• Experience developing web applications, RESTful APIs, and modern software solutions.
