The Senior Software Engineer will design and deliver high-quality software solutions while contributing to technical strategy, client success, and engineering excellence. This role requires ownership of complex engineering challenges, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable full-stack applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build modern backend services using technologies such as Python and Node.js, while developing responsive user interfaces with frameworks like React or similar tools.
• Contribute to architecture decisions by breaking down complex problems, defining technical approaches, and guiding feature-level implementation.
• Develop and maintain robust automated testing practices while balancing coverage, risk, and delivery priorities.
• Understand application infrastructure and deployment environments, including cloud platforms, containers, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows effectively while maintaining strong engineering standards and critically evaluating generated outputs.
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges, provide technical guidance, and influence strategic product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product professionals, and delivery teams to create impactful solutions.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demonstrations that help clients explore new technology opportunities.

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who combines strong technical capabilities with business understanding, communication skills, and a passion for solving meaningful problems. • Extensive experience building full-stack web applications and delivering production-ready software solutions.
• Strong proficiency in backend development with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or comparable technologies.
• Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, modular design principles, testing strategies, and engineering best practices.
• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with containerized applications using Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Ability to reason about application scalability, reliability, deployment processes, and production operations.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to integrate AI into development workflows responsibly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
