OEM Customer Service Sales Support

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an OEM Customer Service Sales Support based in United States.

This role provides essential customer service and sales support for OEM customers and sales representatives in a medical device environment.
You will serve as a key point of contact for customer needs, product information, quotations, and order-related requests.
The position combines technical support, administrative coordination, data reporting, and problem-solving to ensure smooth sales operations.
You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, operations, management, and other internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
The role requires strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple requests under strict deadlines.
As part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment, your work will contribute to the delivery of products that support healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Accountabilities
  • Provide responsive customer service and sales support to OEM customers, sales representatives, and management, including technical assistance and timely issue resolution.
  • Communicate customer requirements, specifications, and needs to sales, engineering, operations, and management teams.
  • Manage complex order details, quotations, and customer requests through email, phone, fax, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate sales-related activities and customer requests with relevant internal departments to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare and distribute product samples, demonstration bags, and materials for sales representatives, customers, and trade shows as requested.
  • Generate reports related to products, sales revenue, customer complaints, and other relevant business information.
  • Prepare shipping documentation required for domestic and international shipments.
  • Maintain accurate information and documentation while ensuring customer service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Support multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and service expectations.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • At least 6 years of related professional experience in customer service, marketing, sales support, or a comparable field.
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other applicable business software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and projects under strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer, order, product, and sales information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with sound negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged periods of sitting, standing, writing, reading, and computer-based work, as well as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
