  • Maintain awareness of Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies, ensuring the organization continues to adopt relevant innovations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical discipline, including significant experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams while establishing a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, technical excellence, and measurable delivery.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise spanning architecture, development, integrations, data, security, automation, and platform governance, with sufficient technical depth to engage directly with engineers and architects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of modern Salesforce development and release practices, including source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and environment management.
  • Strong architectural judgment and the ability to navigate complex trade-offs between business priorities, scalability, reliability, security, technical debt, and maintainability.
  • Experience defining technology strategies and roadmaps across complex, cross-functional business processes and enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated experience adopting AI to improve engineering, development, operations, or team productivity, combined with sound judgment around practical AI applications.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic, high-ownership leadership style with a strong bias toward action, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Salesforce transformation in a high-growth or scaling organization is an asset.
  • Experience in a pre-IPO environment with evolving SOX and compliance requirements is an asset.
  • Experience leading teams through M&A, major platform consolidation, or organizational transformation is an asset.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with modern data, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems is an asset.
Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $180,000–$225,000 USD, with final compensation determined by experience, expertise, location, and other relevant factors.
  • Potential performance-based bonus.
  • Equity opportunities.
  • Generous benefits and rewards package.
  • Opportunity to lead a strategic, high-impact technology function supporting a global go-to-market organization.
  • Significant autonomy to shape platform strategy, engineering practices, governance, and team development.
