Depending on the position, relevant qualifications may include:

  • Experience in multifamily, affordable-housing, senior-housing, commercial, industrial, institutional, or renovation construction.
  • Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control.
  • Experience with LIHTC, HUD, FHFC, Davis-Bacon, Section 3, certified payroll, or other affordable-housing and public-funding requirements.
  • Experience with Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, or other construction and business-management systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A record of professional judgment, integrity, reliability, and respect for confidential company and employee information.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to Bradley’s long-term growth.
  • Willingness to travel or work at project locations throughout Florida and the Southeast when required by the position.

Compensation will depend on the position, experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and project assignment.
