This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente Território Pleno based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to manage and develop a portfolio of B2B customers across the Rio Grande do Sul region.
You will combine commercial relationship management, field activities, negotiation, and business development to strengthen customer performance.
The position involves close interaction with station owners and managers, identifying opportunities to expand products and services.
You will monitor commercial, financial, and operational indicators and translate insights into practical action plans.
Working across multiple internal teams, you will help ensure excellent execution, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
The role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys being close to customers and working independently in the field.
You will also contribute to territory growth by prospecting new customers and supporting the expansion of the network.
- Support the management of a portfolio of Shell-branded fuel station resellers across Rio Grande do Sul, monitoring contract execution and contributing to customer business development.
- Conduct lower-complexity commercial negotiations, involving leadership when additional support or approval is required.
- Build strong relationships with station owners and managers, responding to commercial needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support initiatives to expand fuel, lubricant, and convenience-store categories, helping customers grow their businesses.
- Prospect for new customers and contribute to network expansion opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Serve as the main interface between customers and internal teams, coordinating requests with Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, Contracts, Credit & Collections, Health/Safety/Environment, Transportation, Channels, and Convenience Store teams.
- Monitor commercial, financial, and operational indicators across the portfolio and support the development and execution of action plans.
- Contribute to the implementation of operational excellence, health, safety, and environmental standards at customer locations.
- Organize and maintain a structured field-visit routine to ensure customer proximity, strong relationships, and high-quality service.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into opportunities for improved performance, retention, and commercial growth.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in commercial activities, sales, customer service, or B2B relationship management.
- Previous negotiation experience is a strong advantage.
- Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and monitor commercial information and indicators.
- Basic Power BI knowledge is considered a plus.
- Valid category B driver's license.
- Ability and willingness to work in the field, with frequent customer visits across the assigned territory.
- Residence in Santa Maria, Passo Fundo, or the surrounding region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with different customer profiles.
- Commercial mindset and ability to identify business development opportunities.
