Seasonal Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Seasonal Recruiter based in United States.

This is a six-month, full-time remote opportunity supporting hiring during periods of increased workforce demand.
You’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding coordination.
The role combines high-volume recruiting, candidate engagement, hiring-manager partnership, and recruitment operations.
You’ll build strong talent pipelines using job boards, social platforms, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
Success requires balancing hiring speed with thoughtful candidate evaluation and an excellent candidate experience.
You’ll work in a collaborative Talent Acquisition environment where organization, communication, and adaptability are essential.

Accountabilities
  • Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple roles and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet seasonal and ongoing hiring needs.
  • Use job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, outreach, and other sourcing channels to expand candidate reach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and hiring coordination.
  • Review applications and resumes, conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications and alignment, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, pre-employment activities, and offer-related processes to keep hiring moving efficiently.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience.
  • Use applicant tracking and recruitment systems to maintain accurate candidate records, monitor hiring activity, and track recruitment metrics.
  • Support diverse talent outreach initiatives and contribute to inclusive hiring practices through expanded sourcing and networking efforts.
  • Ensure recruitment activities and documentation comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal processes.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, customer service, sales, workforce operations, or another people-focused field involving relationship building, candidate evaluation, or hiring support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities, with excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance hiring velocity with thoughtful candidate assessment and quality decision-making.
  • Experience using Workday or another applicant tracking system is preferred.
  • Familiarity with candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, or referrals is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or seasonal hiring is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, employment practices, or HR compliance is a plus.
  • Interest in inclusive hiring and expanding access to diverse talent is valued.
  • Comfortable working remotely with computers, telephones, and other standard home-office equipment throughout the workday.
