This is a remote contract opportunity for experienced project and program management professionals supporting initiatives across multiple business and technology domains.
You will take ownership of project delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and priorities to achieve measurable business outcomes.
The role offers exposure to complex, cross-functional initiatives where strong organization and stakeholder leadership are essential.
You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote effective Scrum practices, and help teams maintain focus and delivery momentum.
As a central point of contact, you will build alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
The environment is well suited to adaptable project leaders who can manage competing priorities while delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Lead projects and programs from planning through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across technical, business, and operational stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other team coordination activities.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices and promote effective delivery processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies and potential delivery challenges.
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and resources.
- Use project management tools and software to track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate project status.
- Support technical project delivery where required, including initiatives involving emerging technologies or specialized business domains.
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management or program management.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with project management platforms and delivery tools.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP or another recognized project management certification is preferred.
- Experience in technical project management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI/ML initiatives is a plus.
- Experience with eDiscovery or legal project management is also desirable.

- Contract engagement with an indicative compensation rate of $95–$125 per hour.
