Community Outreach Representative – Entry-Level | Paid Training in Boise, Idaho at Resilient Enterprises, Inc. Idaho

We’re hiring Community Outreach Representatives to support nonprofit organizations through community events, fundraising campaigns, public outreach, and customer engagement.

This opportunity is open to recent graduates, career changers, first-time professionals, and entry-level applicants. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach programs
• Speak with community members, donors, and event attendees
• Share information about charitable programs and fundraising initiatives
• Support fundraising, awareness, and outreach campaigns
• Assist with event registration, setup, and promotional activities
• Create positive experiences and build community relationships
• Record basic campaign and outreach activity
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and team development

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and professional presentation
• Comfortable working in a public-facing, team-oriented environment

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, fundraising, or events is welcome but not required.
