Job Title: Restaurant Team Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience. Your duties may include cooking, prep work, operating the register, maintaining the buffet, bussing tables, and washing dishes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist with prep work such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces

- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the buffet area

- Clear and clean tables, and assist with resetting tables for the next customer

- Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred, but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
