NORBERG-IES, established in 1969, is a premier supplier of value-added products for the electrical industry. NORBERG-IES is UL508A/UL698A and ISO 9001 certified, specializing in but not limited to hazardous location controls.

We are looking for a dedicated Panel Shop Inspector to join our team and help maintain our high standards of excellence. This is a full-time on-site role at NORBERG-IES in Tulsa, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of electrical control panels, components, and assemblies.

• Conduct functional and performance testing of industrial control systems.

• Verify adherence to quality standards, specifications, and engineering drawings.

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

• Identify and report non-conformances, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or testing of industrial controls or electrical systems. *Minimum of 5 years of experience required*

• Strong understanding of electrical control systems and components.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

• Proficient in using inspection tools and testing equipment.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*MTR certification is a plus*
