Assistant Store Manager at BOT Colorado Region – Ankeny, Iowa

The role of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist in the management and direct the operation of a Big O Tires retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. He/she is responsible for the sales and profit results of the location and the quality of its operation, in compliance with company policies and procedures. The store assistant manager is responsible for assisting with hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff who exemplify quality service, in all aspects, to our customers.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Assist to Hire, train, manage and inspire technicians and counter sales people

Ensure strong sales and financials

Maintain Big O Tires policies and ensure the security and safety of the facility

Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service every day
