Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Post Acute Service Line, Business Manager Post Acute Service Line is responsible for implementation of approved financial budget, assisting with implementation of short- and long-term goals to achieve annual financial and volume budget for the Concussion Center and Rehabilitation Network. This includes development of the annual operating budget, monthly/quarterly and annual reports, clinical volume, and billing. In addition, development of service line profitability reports for all programs to be used for strategic planning purposes, service line reviews, and identifying opportunity for operational improvements. Other responsibilities include establishing and maintaining physician relations to ensure program growth and access to services while maintaining alignment with strategic initiatives and fiscal responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Master’s in Business Administration desirable
  • Experience:
    • Prior healthcare program management experience required. A minimum of five years in a professional environment with responsibility for coordinating projects and implementing programs preferred
  • Licensure and/or Certification:
    • None required
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with outside consultants and staff at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated project management skills.
    • Must have budgetary and fiscal skills that relate to clinic operations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective leadership skills required.
    • Above average analytical/reasoning skills.
    • High level of detail-orientation.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to manipulate large data sets.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information.
