About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LPN to join our nursing management team at Country View. As an Nurse Manager/LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and ensuring that our nursing staff is delivering care in accordance with established standards. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising the nursing staff, ensuring that they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent patient care. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and that our nursing staff is well-trained and motivated.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of MO
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
