Job SummaryThe Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment: Departments of Dietetics and Human Nutrition is currently seeking an Administrative Services Associate. The position will be responsible for:

  • website maintenance
  • departmental travel
  • payment documents
  • financial report preparation
  • assisting departmental business officer with monthly reconciliations
  • coordinating complex purchasing requests

Successful candidates will be:

  • knowledgeable of university policies as well as college and departmental policies and procedures
  • highly organized and detail-oriented, exhibiting maturity and good judgment
  • have proficiency with MS Outlook, Teams, and Excel as well as Tableau, Concur and Qualtrics

High proficiency with all MS Office applications, SAP, Adobe Illustrator
