What is manufactured housing? Manufactured Housing (MH) is a home that is constructed primarily or entirely in a controlled factory with quality materials and products and then transported to a site where it is placed on a foundation. Manufactured homes offer an affordable alternative to home ownership to traditional homes constructed onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the manufactured home buying process.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Dallas Fort Worth real estate market trends, pricing, and neighborhood developments.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Negotiation Skills: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Networking: Attend local events, join industry groups, and leverage social media to expand your network and client base.
Document Management: Handle the creation, review, and processing of crucial real estate documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Timely Execution: Coordinate the timely submission of documents, supporting a streamlined workflow for the entire team.

Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Previous residential sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; persuasive sales techniques.
