Bookkeeper at Vending Concepts – Fort Worth, Texas

Vending Concepts, LLC, located in Ft Worth, TX, is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team. We offer a competitive salary between $45,000 and $55,000 annually. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and highly engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile financial books and monitor funds flow
• Maintain accurate weekly balances
• Handle daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, collections, and deposits
• Reconcile credit card and bank accounts, and close monthly accounts
• Assist with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong customer service skills, especially in collections
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• High attention to detail and dependability
