Primary Responsibilities
Duties involve monitoring of the IT helpdesk in collaboration with the IT service provider for certain aspects of information technology and communications including hardware, software, and data backup systems. Duties also include support of all communications systems, technology for staff.
Collaborate with our managed service provider to assist with:
- Implement and support the network and computing infrastructure.
- Ensure proper user account management, email systems, internet access, log management, and telecommunications.
- "White Glove" deploy hardware units to end-users in a timely and thorough fashion.
- Prioritize technical queries and provide end-user training and support.
Assist Digital Transformation Officer/ Cybersecurity Officer to assist with:
- Security administration of network, servers, workstations, and applications.
- Maintenance of inventory of systems, hardware and software assets, and configurations.
- Analysis of logs and application of appropriate updates, patches, and change management integrating new technologies into existing environment.
- Performance of routine audits of software and hardware.
- Supervision of communication systems and equipment not managed by the IT service provider.

Requirements:- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows servers and desktop products, networked devices, printers, remote access, routers, and security administration preferred
- General banking experience preferred
