Fitness Instructor at Courthouse Club Fitness – Salem, Oregon

Do you have what it takes to get others moving? We are looking for athletic, strong, energetic, and motivating instructors to join our group training team. We have pre-choreographed formats in additions to formats in which you create your own programming (within specific fitness guidelines). There are a variety of Group Training formats from mind body to cardiovascular and high intensity training.

Requirements:

• Provide a fun, inviting, and safe environment for participants
• Attracting and retaining members through delivering class in a fun and entertaining manor
• Educate participants on safe exercise techniques and constantly monitor safety
• Promoting club programs, activities, and services
• Maintain a desire for continuing technical improvement
