Lead and supervise field crews on commercial solar construction sitesInterpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematicsCoordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to meet project schedulesEnsure all work complies with NEC, project specifications, and industry standardsConduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipmentCommunicate daily project updates to supervisors and site leadershipEnforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma, equivalent, or vocational training3+ years of experience leading crews in commercial electrical constructionExperience in commercial solar (PV) preferredOSHA 30 certificationStrong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Ability to travel up to 100% during active construction projectsValid driver’s license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsAbility to hear and distinguish job site sounds, including backup alarms and verbal communication
