The Yardi Specialist manages and supports Yardi software, ensuring data accuracy, assisting users, troubleshooting issues, and improving system functionality and workflows.

• Maintain Yardi data accuracy and perform regular audits.

• Coordinate system updates and enhancements with IT.

• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and employee training.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and system efficiency.

• Create reports and support financial reporting and analysis.

• Monitor system performance and maintain data security.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of Yardi experience in the multifamily industry.

• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including Residential Management, Accounting, and RentCafé.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with corporate and on-site teams and explain technical information to non-technical users.
