Position overview
Cogent Analytics is looking for a curious, practical intern to help improve how our teams work using AI and automation. You’ll work on real business problems, understand existing processes, identify opportunities, and use AI to build solutions people can use.
What you’ll do- Work with team members to understand their workflows and find ways to simplify repetitive tasks.
- Use AI to build, test, and launch internal tools and automations.
- Help connect information across systems and improve reporting.
- Gather feedback, check that your solutions work, and make improvements.
Someone who thinks through processes, asks good questions, and enjoys figuring things out. You should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools, learning as you go, and following a project through from idea to use. Coding experience is helpful but optional. Students in business, operations, information systems, computer science, or related fields are welcome.
This internship requires in-person attendance at our Greensboro, North Carolina office. Candidates must be available to work on-site for a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours between 8 and 5.
$12 - $12 an hour
