72-hours biweekly (8-hour DAY/PM shifts)
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Holiday: One Major Holiday
- MUST have current RN License for the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; minimum of 1 year in long term skilled care
- MUST have current BLS
- MUST be willing to work Skilled, Long Term, Rehab or Assisted Living
*Position is non-benefit eligible.
No additional shift/weekend/holiday differentials or other incentives.
