At Best Brands, we license products for some of the biggest names in the industry including, Disney, Peanuts, Cuisinart, Farberware, Magic Chef, Imusa, John Frieda. Safety 1st and more! Our current assortment consists of over 5,000 product skus in categories such as Kitchen Textiles, Housewares, Health & Beauty, Baby and Pet, that are sold in major retail chains all over the US and abroad!

What You'll[GF2] Do:

• Prepare production art files to be sent to overseas factories for manufacturing, ensuring all item specifications are accurate.
• Partner with the Product Development team on Pantone selection and execution
• Design and engineer packaging concepts across various put ups – hangtag, bellyband, inserts, boxes, etc.
• Liaise with our Licensing and Compliance team to ensure all designs are approved by our various licensing partners, execute requested revisions as needed.
• Create marketing and merchandising materials based on customer needs (Sell Sheets, Catalogs, PDQs, Sidekicks and more!)

What You'll Need[GF3]

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or other relevant majors
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, Photography skills are an extra bonus!
• Experience designing for Home Textiles or Housewares is a major plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask and manage to deadlines independently
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail – able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
