About This Position
Job Title: Vacation Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Vacation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable vacation experiences, ensuring seamless planning, and delivering top-notch service that leaves lasting memories for families and their closest friends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom Event Planning: Design personalized bachelorette itineraries based on client preferences, including destination choices, accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to secure bookings for group events, such as private dinners, spa treatments, entertainment, and excursions. Negotiate pricing and ensure all details are aligned with the client's vision.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, lodging, and activities for large groups, making sure timelines are followed and expectations are exceeded.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear, responsive, and professional communication with clients, understanding their needs and offering expert recommendations throughout the planning process.
- Budget Management: Provide transparent and comprehensive cost estimates, manage payments, and assist clients in staying within their budget without compromising on the experience.
- Problem Solving: Handle any issues or changes that arise promptly and efficiently, ensuring that clients' experiences are not disrupted.
- On-Site Event Support: Assist in coordinating and managing the event day logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients enjoy a stress-free experience.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends in travel, events, and bachelorette celebrations to continuously offer fresh, exciting ideas to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Creative mindset and a passion for designing memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Previous experience in coordinating group events or travel is a plus.
