Type of Contract: Full-Time


The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and hiring top talent to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. This position will coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers while ensuring timely feedback is provided from the interviews. Additionally, this role will disposition all candidates in the applicant tracking system within the designated time frames.


What does a day in the life of a Recruiter look like?

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather details for job requirements, interview process, and any other relevant information to ensure alignment
  • Review job descriptions ensuring they accurately reflect the position to attract qualified applicants
  • Assess applications and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions
  • Assist in the coordination of all necessary pre-employment assessments, ensuring results are reviewed and provide feedback to candidates as applicable
  • Conduct initial interviews via phone or in person to assess candidate suitability and fit for the company culture
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members ensuring all interview materials and logistics are prepared for a smooth interview experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Provide frequent and regular updates to all candidates ensuring a positive experience through the application and interview process
  • Properly disposition all candidates in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide verbal offers, including salary and benefits packages, and can assist with managing new hire paperwork
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes for all hiring managers and leadership
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Conduct passive sourcing searches on complex or low-traction roles
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment processes and priorities
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates and stay up-to-date on recruitment trends
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborates with other departments as needed to support talent acquisition efforts
  • Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPIs

What are the required qualifications for a Recruiter?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, or relevant role, preferably in the call center or staffing environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficient in using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation, both verbal and written
