Facilities Cleaning Technician - Cincinnati, Dayton, Middletown at TDG Facilities, LLC – Cincinnati, Ohio

TDG Facilities is looking for Full-time First & Second Shift Facilities Cleaning Technicians to support our customer's facilities all over the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. This role attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Position locations include Mason, Montgomery, Colerain, Indian Hill, Newtown, Hyde Park, Dayton, Middletown, and other locations in the region.

Pay Rate: $15-$17.50 per/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st and 2nd shift primarily. Some weekend work available for certain clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty waste receptacles in accordance with organizational policies
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance needs
• Follow established protocols and procedures
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
