We are looking for reliable and professional individuals to join our Security Team. This position offers the opportunity to work full-time and part-time positions as-needed basis. You will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring a secure, high-end property, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. Shifts are available across the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Hybrid Part-time.

• Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the property, ensuring all areas are secure and free of unauthorized activity.
• Monitoring Surveillance Equipment: Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to oversee property activity and respond promptly to any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Access Control: Supervise and control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry to restricted areas.
• Follow SOPs: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operations, including incident reporting and emergency response protocols.
• Incident Response: Respond quickly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, providing appropriate action and communication with relevant personnel if necessary.
• Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with the team and relevant personnel to ensure cohesive operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
• Availability to work 1st or 2nd shifts as needed, including on short notice.
• Background checks and clearances may be required.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Consistent security work history.
