We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help bring extraordinary events to life.

You are organized, personable, and passionate about special events. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you love working with clients to bring their vision to life. You bring a keen eye for event design, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

As an Event Sales Consultant, you will work with venues, caterers, event planners, engaged couples, universities, businesses, and non-profit organizations, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to a successful event execution.

You love building relationships, learning about your clients’ needs, and providing tailored solutions that ensure their events are a success. You thrive in a role that blends in-person consultations, phone calls, emails, and on-site venue visits, making each day dynamic and engaging.

You have a passion for learning and are eager to gain expertise in event rentals and production. While the role is primarily Monday through Friday, 9-5, you are flexible for occasional weekend and after-hours commitments to support special events. You are looking for career growth within an amazing team and the opportunity to create exceptional events in the Charleston area.

• 2+ years of experience in special events, hospitality, or a related industry, such as:

  • Event planning

  • Venue management

  • Catering sales

  • Venue sales

  • Client relations

  • Event vendor sales

• Established connections within the event industry, particularly in business/corporate, school/university, weddings, and social events

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• A strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage event details effectively

• Be part of a passionate, creative, and collaborative team

• Work on high-end, design-forward events
