The Audit Manager will supervise our audit team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with regulatory standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May oversee the work of entry-level and senior auditors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the audit process, including planning, coordinating, and executing audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead and train audit staff, ensuring audits are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Review and evaluate audit findings and ensure effective communication audit reports for management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into audit processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines.?

Required Skills/Abilities:?

• Extensive knowledge of?accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in managing or supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Five years of related experience in public accounting required.
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation preferred.

Physical Requirements:?

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
