Construction / Demolition Administrator - Oklahoma

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction / Demolition Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary resource for employee inquiries and play a crucial role in coordinating with the client, safety processes and managing jobsite operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary resource for employee inquiries, providing translations during safety meetings and daily operations, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

- Coordinate jobsite and safety processes, including DOT compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, preparation of JSA forms, daily sign-in sheets, and other essential documents.

- Manage office operations such as answering calls, overseeing shipments, maintaining supplies, and organizing equipment services and maintenance.

- Streamline budgeting processes by managing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders (POs) while ensuring timely financial reports / receipts to home office.

- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate timekeeping and weekly submissions to supervisors.

- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and weather reports.

- Ability to fly a drone and/or photography and videography experience is a plus.

- Must be willing to travel.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (DOT, OSHA).

- Experience in office administration and financial management.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
