Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager will manage and grow business within an assigned group of strategic accounts within the Bay Area sales region. Other responsibilities include business forecasting, demand-supply management, demand creation, and to lead and manage distribution partners as necessary. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage current business at assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop and grow new business at assigned accounts.
- Coordinate and lead the SiTime team efforts to win the customer.
- Work with extended SiTime Sales team to manage transfer of business to CMs.
- Manage forecast of all assigned customers.
- Drive other projects as needed by management or as business needs change.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree, preferably in engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of related experience.
- Wide Knowledge of Applications.
- Good skills in customer relationship management, complex organization penetration.
- Manage forecast, backlog, & disti buffer stock for assigned customers and projects.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation Range: $108,00.00 - $179,520.00
The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
SiTime compensation packages includes base salary, bonus based on achieving your innovation goals and equity.
