About This Position
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to enhance their experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
