We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Production Planning Intern to join our Supply Chain & Production Planning team for the summer. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, gaining practical experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making. The selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing production workflows and improving operational efficiency through data analysis and visualization.

• Assist in production scheduling and capacity planning to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Analyze inventory levels, material availability, and production demand to support supply chain decisions.
• Utilize Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI to create dashboards and reports for tracking key production metrics.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain, operations, and logistics to support planning initiatives.
• Assist in forecasting models to improve accuracy in demand planning.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for process enhancements.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to production planning and supply chain coordination.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
