Why Consider This Role:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and developing his/her assigned clinical staff of Counseling Works. The primary role is to support the Clinical Leadership Team in managing staff and providing feedback, supervision and consultation to clinicians. This role combines clinical client hours, and supervisory administration hours.

Compensation:

• Clinical Supervisor compensation includes a split per clinical sessions, plus an hourly administration rate

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work with 5 or more years of professional experience in a related field
• Current LCSW license (required)
