Job Description
This position is responsible primarily for the registration of Labor & Delivery admissions, Direct admissions, and any other patient admissions or status changes that may occur during a patient’s visit. This position is knowledgeable with various registration processes with capability of completing different types of registration when necessary.
High School Diploma/GED required
Additional Certification Details
CHAA Certification for Registration Room and Bed Coordinator II.
Additional Experience Requirements
1-3 years general clerical experience required. Experience and basic knowledge of computer software. Must possess ability to work well under pressure, to function independently and dependently, and flexible in applying knowledge to a variety of situations. Must possess good customer relations and tact.
